The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national level common medical entrance test conducted by CBSE for students of Medical Science aspiring to get admission in MBBS and MS courses. NEET facilitates XI or XII class students and XII pass-outs to get admission in almost all medical colleges (including private colleges) in India. The test at under graduate level is conducted by the Government of India and will be held on May 5, 2013 across the country for the first time.
